We are proud to produce pasture-raised beef, where our cattle are raised as naturally as possible.
Our animals’ welfare and wellness is our top priority. While keeping in mind they are famous for the quality of their meat, our finished animals are fed and managed in respecting their growth and development in their natural environment.

Our maple syrup
You can taste our passion for maple syrup through our products. Our sugar shack is located in Ste-Clotilde-de-Chateauguay.
Each spring, we collect hundreds of gallons of maple sap and turn it into a variety of maple products. Our maple taffy cones, maple caramel, and maple butter will make your mouth water.
